Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service on the waw88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document, including the waw88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the waw88 platform. Continued use of this platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.

Member Eligibility

To register as a waw88 member, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register under your own name with accurate and truthful information.
• Not currently suspended or banned from this platform or any related platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that strictly prohibits online gambling.
• Register only a single account. Owning multiple accounts under one individual is prohibited.

waw88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated period may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.

Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This includes ensuring that passwords are kept secure and not shared with any other party.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the waw88 support team immediately via live chat or email. waw88 provides 24/7 customer support in Malay and English.

waw88 will not be held liable for any financial losses or credit loss arising from unauthorised access to an account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

waw88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require additional review.
• waw88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review purposes or where bonus conditions have not yet been met.

Any attempt to circumvent bonus wagering requirements through hedging or other methods deemed improper may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by waw88 are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules set for each offer. The following are the general conditions that apply:

The waw88 welcome bonus offers a 100% match up to RM888 on your first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value — in this case, you need to place bets totalling RM1,500 (RM100 × 15) before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM1,800 will give the maximum bonus of RM888, bringing your balance to RM2,688. The wagering requirement in this case is RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

• Bonuses may not be used for arbitrage betting.
• One account, one device, one IP address is considered one bonus eligibility.
• waw88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback, referral bonuses and periodic offers have their own terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

waw88 VIP Programme

The waw88 VIP programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each offering a different weekly cashback rate. The more active you are, the higher the VIP tier you can reach.

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3% of total wagering.
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5% of total wagering.
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8% of total wagering.

VIP tier advancement depends on your overall wagering activity. waw88 reserves the right to review member VIP tiers from time to time based on recent activity patterns.

Responsible Gambling

Account Termination & Restriction

waw88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Owning or operating multiple accounts.
• Activities suspected of involving money laundering or financing illegal activities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the waw88 customer support team.

Liability Limits

waw88, its management, employees and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Technical disruptions or unexpected system downtime.
• Gambling losses incurred during use of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's own negligence.
• Transaction processing delays caused by external factors beyond waw88's control.

This platform operates under an international licence. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legal provisions recognised under that licence.

Amendments to Terms

waw88 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page, with the most recent effective date noted.

It is the member's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the most current version of the terms. Continued use of the waw88 platform after any changes take effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms.
